Introduction

ZH-605A is self-developed portable new product combining with the actual situation of power station and numerous users experience, it adopts high density intelligent power supply, 20-bit D/A technology, advanced ADSP+FPGA hardware platform, premium linear power amplifier technology, and each power frequency cycle output is 1000 spots. The output voltage and current waveform has high precision, complete test function, perfectly satisfy electrical automation equipment testing needs, suits for transformer station, power plant, power equipment user, large-scale mining enterprise, and scientific research institute, where needs high precision signal source and special test signal source.

Function

1). Adopts intelligent power supply module+DSP+FPGA+20-bit high precision DAC hardware configuration; output waveform each power frequency cycle is 1000 spots, voltage, current resolution is 1mV and 1mA, voltage and current not synchronized time is less than 10 us.

2). Powerful testing function, software has various built-in protection testing modules; it can combine various test function modules to realize one touch test.

3). Test instrument can set output value flexibly, not only by current and voltage, but also according to sequence, power, short circuit calculation model to setup output value, it has the function of three-phase balance input, which can realize the balance of phase and amplitude value by the selected datum phase.

4).Vast testing modules, such as voltage current, group test, harmonic test, status sequence, time trait, line protection, impedance trait, differential test, parataxis same period, fault recurrence, vibration test.

5).Boundary search real time displays the scan process point by point.

6). N^th harmonic and inter-harmonic voltage current output resolution is 0.25 times.

7). Fault simulation and COMTRADE format data replay: sampling frequency is up to 50kHz, output data is real and perfect.

8). Fault simulation test can record and display digital input signals from protection equipment in the status of before fault, fault, tripping, re-close and permanent tripping, etc.

9).Has GPS synchronized timing port: IRIG-B code receiving port, and GPS time synchronized time error is -1us.

10).It adopts software to adjust the precision of full scale output and full range output to make output of high precision.

11). Perfect self-protect function: two independent protection systems: software protection and hardware protection, very reliable.

12). High precision time measurement: digital signal action time measuring precision is 0.1ms.

13).Test report can be perfectly customized: each test result can be saved, and test report will be of graph format, report content can also be customized.
