Detailed Product Description
ZH-103 adopts advanced DSP technique, large scale FPGA technique and embedded real time operation system (ROTS) VxWorks. It can accomplish generator examination monitoring, transient record, continuous record and characteristic test including step-up voltage/current from zero test, no-load/short circuit test, deexcitation test, synchronization test, load rejection test, voltage-frequency characteristic test, load/no load given step response test, and exciter load/no load test. It can be applied to the place where needs generator monitoring and characteristic testing, such as power plant and hydropower station, etc.
Function characteristic
1) Real time monitor generator operation and characteristic test
Realized voltage, current, harmonic, power, rotate speed, digital signal real time inspection; and achieved phasor, sequence, generator differential current real time inspection, also achieved generator P-Q operation limit graph real time inspection.
2 ) Complete multiple experimentation test of generator and exciter.
Generator no-load test; generator short circuit test; generator deexcitation test; generator load rejection test; generator step-up voltage/current from zero test; generator load/no-load step test; generator voltage-frequency characteristic test;
3 ) Automatically analyze and output multiple experimentation parameter
Such as time constant of stator and rotor in de-excitation experiment, risetime, in step response test experimentation, time regulation, overshoot and damping ratio.
4) The output format is as table or graph, the content can be customized
5) Transient record function supports generator multiple recording startup criterion
- Analog signal startup, digital signal startup; differential current startup, out of step startup, reverse power startup, over excitation startup.
- Excellent function of waveform analysis and protection action characteristic analysis.
- Achieved analysis function of phasor, sequence, harmonic and power, it can replay action track of differential protection, de-excitation protection and out of step protection in protection action characteristic interface.
6) Continuous record function
Continuously record all connected electric variables and digital signals at the sampling frequency of 1kHz, and data record adopts overloading method, the overloading cycle is more than a week. The inquiry for massive data supports two methods, inquiry by time and inquiry by disturbance mark.
